Why Panama?

Heritage International has made it very simple. All we need is a photo copy of your ID, three choices for your company name and your intended business, unless it is to be used for asset protection only.

We can also offer you incorporation services in British Virgin Islands (BVI) and Belize with similar benefits. Panama however requires three directors or corporate bodies be listed but does allows "Bearer Shares" which means the shares can be held anonymously.

Panama offshore corporations:

• 2 local persons are appointed to act as the directors for incorporation purposes.
• Minimum of three directors is required. The names and addresses of these directors is part of the public record and therefore nominee directors are usually appointed at incorporation and we provide this service. If the client wishes to be a Director, we can provide two Nominees. If the client does not wish to be a Director, we provide three Nominees and issue a Power of Attorney to the client. This service is provided to the client at no extra cost.

Shares/Stock

• There is no require paid-in capital.
• Bearer shares are available.
• There is no time limit in which Authorized Capital must be fully paid.
• Standard capitalization for a Panamanian Corporation is US$10,000.00.
• Par and Non-par Value Shares, voting and non-voting shares, as well as various other categories and classes of shares are allowed.

Taxes

• Panama corporations are 100% tax-free on its activities outside of Panama.
• An annual corporate franchise fee of US$250.00 is charged to maintain the company in good standing.
• You will need a local Registered Agent in Panama for your Panama IBC. This service is included in our start-up package and Annual Service Fee, starting from the second and each subsequent year of Panama Incorporation.

Annual Fees: The annual fees of the company are €250 for govt fees, €200 registered office and €400 per year for nominee services. All fees are payable commencing the second year.
